Small groups · Real conversation

Rebuild Circles.

Resilience isn’t built alone, and it isn’t built in a comment thread. A Rebuild Circle is a small group of people working through the Rebuild Method™ together — live, honest, and human-sized.

01 — The shape of it
  • Small on purpose

Six to ten people. Big enough for real conversation, small enough that nobody hides.

  • Four weeks, one hour a week

One live video call per week, each week built around one or two of the seven Rebuild moves.

  • Live and unrecorded

Nothing is taped or shared. What happens in the circle stays in the circle.

  • Practices, not homework

You leave each call with one small thing to try — like the Sit Spot — not a workbook you won't open.

02 — The interest list

No dates yet — on purpose.

Circles open when enough people are ready, not when a calendar says so. Leave your email and I’ll write to you personally when the first circle forms — you’ll get the dates, the price, and the honest shape of it before you decide anything.

One email when a circle forms. Nothing else.
