The keynote makes them feel it. The workshop makes them do it.

Five modules, five exercises, and a worksheet in every hand. Your people leave with a foundation map, a ninety-day plan, and one committed step someone else is watching for. Runs in a ballroom, a conference room, or over Zoom.

01The five modules
  1. 01

    Name the break

    35 min

Before anyone rebuilds anything, they have to say out loud what actually broke. We open with the story from the patient's chair, then move the room into their own version of it.

    Exercise

    The honest inventory

Two columns on one page: what changed, and what I've been pretending didn't. Eight minutes, pen only, no laptops. Then a single sentence read to a partner.

Takeaway: People stop managing the loss and start describing it — which is where the work begins.

  2. 02

    Stillness before strategy

    25 min

A nervous system in alarm cannot plan. We do the two-minute practice from the keynote, then talk about what changed in the body and why that matters at work.

    Exercise

    Two-minute practice

Feet flat, four-count breath, one line of gratitude, one line of release. Done seated, together, lights down.

Takeaway: A practice small enough to survive a Tuesday — and a shared language for using it in the room.

  3. 03

    Find the foundation that held

    40 min

Every rebuild stands on something that survived. Teams map the skills, relationships, and habits still load-bearing after the change.

    Exercise

    Foundation map

Small groups draw three rings — still solid, cracked, gone — and place their assets. Groups swap maps and challenge the placements.

Takeaway: A concrete asset list to design from instead of a vague sense of starting over.

  4. 04

    Design the next version

    45 min

The designer's desk half of the talk. We use design thinking on a life or a team the way you'd use it on a product: constraints, sketches, a prototype of next quarter.

    Exercise

    Prototype the next 90 days

Sketch three futures in ten minutes each, then pick one and write the first three moves with owners and dates.

Takeaway: A one-page forward plan that names the near-term, not the fantasy.

  5. 05

    One committed step

    25 min

We close the way the keynote closes: everyone writes one step small enough that they will actually do it, and says it to another human being.

    Exercise

    The commitment card

One card, one step, one date, one witness. Cards go home; a copy is photographed for the group thread.

Takeaway: Follow-through, because someone in the room is expecting it.
