VirtualDelivery

The same talk. No airport.

The Rebuild Method™ works over a screen because it was never a slideshow. It's a story told from the patient's chair and the designer's desk — and that lands just as hard on a laptop in a break room as it does from a stage.

Virtual and hybrid delivery removes travel days, opens dates that would otherwise be blocked, and lets you reach every site at once instead of the one that could host.

01How a virtual session runs
  1. 01

    Tech check, a week out

We meet for 20 minutes on your platform, test audio, screen share, and slides, and agree on who runs the room. No surprises on the day.

  2. 02

A branded room for your attendees

You get a join page in the same paper-and-ink design as everything else here: countdown, one-click join button, and an add-to-calendar file. One link to circulate.

  3. 03

The talk, built for a screen

Shorter arcs, bigger type, more story. I speak standing, on a proper camera and mic, with slides that read on a laptop in a break room.

  4. 04

    Live Q&A and a written follow-up

Chat and Q&A stay open. Afterward your organizers get the questions we didn't reach, answered in writing, plus the organizer talking points to share internally.

  5. 05

    Optional replay

If you want it, the session is recorded and the replay link appears on the same attendee page for the window we agree on.

02Where it fits best
  • Distributed clinical teams across multiple sites
  • All-hands and lunch-and-learn slots
  • Association chapters without a travel budget
  • A hybrid main stage with a remote overflow audience
  • A pre-conference session that warms the room up
03What it costs

Virtual sits at the lower end of the $3k–$7.5k range.

There's no travel, no lodging, and no lost day on either side — so the fee reflects it. Hybrid is quoted like an in-person date, since I'm in the room with you and the stream is an add-on.

Nonprofit or a tight budget? Say so in the request. I'd rather have the conversation than lose the room.

Tell me the window. I'll tell you what's open.

Pick the season you're planning for — it lands in my inbox with the speaker one-sheet attached, and you get a personal reply within two business days.

What happens after you request a date

  1. I reply within 2 business days

You'll get my availability for that window, the speaker one-sheet, and a link to book a 15-minute call.

  2. We confirm the details

I'll ask about the event date, audience size, format, travel, and budget so I can quote an exact fee.

  3. I send a simple agreement

Once signed and the deposit is in, I hold the date and we start tailoring the talk for your room.
